If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

All goods will be inspected on return. We’ll issue a refund. Please place a new order in case you need a different size/color.

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and you cover the cost.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our store, unless it is sent via special delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, complete and in perfect condition.
  • Hygiene or health items such us soap, underwear, etc. may not be returned.
  • Return shipping costs is to be paid by customer. We will not accept packages sent freight collect.
  • The product carton may not be used as a shipping box or be pasted, written, sticker-ed or glued on.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Contact us via e-mail info@flashbangstore.eu stating that you would like to make a return.
  2. In the e-mail make sure you have attached a filled out Returns Form you can get here.
  3. We will Process your Returns request and contact you with the best way to return the goods to us taking in to account your location, item to be returned and other factors.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us via E-mail with your order number, your name, details of the product and the defect in question. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

 

Warranty / Defect claims are reviewed within 10 business days.

Warranty / Defect claims will be denied in these cases:

  • You have lost you receipt or invoice
  • There are visible defects on the product that have occurred as a result of improper use
  • The product has not been maintained according to the manufacturer’s requirements
  • The product shows signs of arbitrary repair
  • The product is naturally worn (even if the warranty period has not passed)
  • Applications do not meet the manufacturer’s warranty requirements if the consumer has made a mistake with the choice of size, color or model.
