An AA battery or a Sordin Power 14500 rechargeable battery powers the model, delivering a working duration of up to approx. 400 hours. Battery replacement is straightforward—simply unscrew the cover located on the side of one of the ear cups. The system features a low energy warning indicator (activating when the battery supports roughly 40 more hours of operation), along with an automatic power-off function after 4 hours of inactivity.
Integrated with a 3.5 mm AUX audio input, the protectors can be linked to external devices such as a transceiver or a mobile phone.
